The technical services advisory element can either be directly with the owner and developer or in the case where there is a hotel management corporation contracted, Ulysses can act as Owner's Representative to deal with the following matters on behalf of the Owners. 

• Architectural Services
• Overall Concept/Vision Report
• Area Program (Facilities / Services Mix)
• Critical Path Plan and Action Plan revision
• Design Statement (with Space Requirements)
• Liaising with architects and designers for Design Layout (Initial)
• Assist with Corporate Brand identity (from logo, uniforms, collaterals and graphic design)
• Assist with landscaping
• Purchasing cycle and bids review
• Site Meetings Attendance
• Specialist Fixtures, Fittings and Equipment Specifications
• Specifications and Design Detail Reviews
• Construction Progress Reviews
• Preliminary and Phase II Drawings Reviews
• Final Punch List and Remedial Action Plans
